What is this......................?I had a party on Friday night drank a little too much and woke up with very dark diarrhea ( haa sorry) that went away and a few days later started having small upper ab pains (especially after eating) and burping all the time also feel bloated and a little constipated and starting to freak out thinking i have every bad thing in the world which prolly makes all my pain and symptoms worse than they are. Anyone know what this could be and could it all just be cause i drank way too much and my body is paying the price? I had thoughts of Gastritis and GERD but im not sure... Thanks
