Should i go see dr or should i go to hosptail if i have gerd?I did some research on gerd . I Have gerd . my dr apt is tomorrow . what should i do . food keep coming out my throat .thanks

Don't eat for more than 2 hours before lying down. Prop your bed up so your head is higher than your stomach when you go to sleep. Avoid caffiene after about 6pm.
