I have had chest pain after quiting smoking. it radiated to my back. Is it consider a heart attack?I quit smoking my I say 3 weeks ago. I started taking someting called Chantix. I wonder if it has anything to do with it. I read the insert but it says nothing. My pain goes from my chest and at the same moment to my back both on the left side. I have never went to the E.R or called anyone because I have no Idea what acid reflux feel like or heart burn what ever. I need help.

Stop taking Chantix and see if it will go away.
Go see a doctor.

Go see your doctor. He can take blood work (Troponin, CK, CKMB) to determine whether you have had a heart attack or not.

You need medical help, not Answers help. If you are over 40, you should be very concerned. If you are young, not so concerned, but still go to the doctor either way
