Trouble swallowing, sore throat & decreased appetite are symptoms of reflux.
It sound like stress and too much coffee could be causing the headaches, night sweats, and reflux.
Aside from the larger issue of managing your stress, an easy step you can take now is cut back on the coffee. For some people, even a small amount of coffee can be a problem - I'm one of them! Even decaf can cause reflux.
I also recommend sleeping with your upper body elevated. Don't just prop your head up with an extra pillow - you need to raise more than just your head. I have a big comfy chair that I sleep in when my reflux is acting up & this really helps me a lot.
Please see your doctor about the reflux for diet recommendations and possibly medication. It could take a few days or even a couple weeks to feel better, depending on how irritated your esophagus is & how long it takes to heal.
Untreated chronic reflux can damage the esophagus and lead to more serious problems. Nip it in the bud.
Good luck - I hope you feel better soon!
