Heartburn can often result in having heartburn jaw pain, headaches, ear aches and pain in the neck and throat. The pain can be excruciating enough to mislead some people into believing they are having a heart attack ,due to the fiery sensation and extreme pain in the chest area. The pain can also radiate from the main area of the chest resulting in heartburn jaw pain, nausea, migraines and other aches and pains.
