Can it be an ulcer or GERD? I get really BAD heartburn and indigestion and it will last for days at a time?Then I will not have any symptoms for weeks or months, and then it starts again. Also with the really bad hearturn my saliva really starts to fill my mouth to where I almost drool Yuk I know. I also get really tired. What could it be?

it is definitely gerd, might also be an ulcer, and both are obviously triggered by diet or stress levels or both combining. See a doctor and get treatment, either one can have serious consequences down the road.

You should see a doctor to get it resolved. Why suffer any longer?

It sounds like acid reflux,that's what I have and if I don't take my prevacid I get like that.It also could be ulcer along with the acid reflux.The best thing to do is see if you can get appt with an Gastroenterology their a special doctor that deals with stomach,intestines,and liver problems and problems like yours,most of the time your family doctor needs to refer you to them but with some Gastroenterology they'll see you with out a referral.Good luck to you,hope you feel better soon!
