my body temperature increasing and also acidity due to over eating of eggs,milk,meat.how can i reduce heat?i am very thin.to increase my weight i am eating eggs,milk,chicken meat .due this my body temperature is increasing so much and also acidity in the stomach.can u plzzz suggest me the food or any thing which can reduce my body temperature n acidty.

Hi, I think that you should be careful with what you eat. If you never ate too much eggs and milk products it might be difficult for your stomach to digest... to increase your weight, you might try to eat full-wheat pasta, rice, potatoes which are easy for the body to absorb and better for you at the beginning. Try to eat as well the meat with some cream-sauce or grilled meat with olive oil.. eat salmon it is a very fat fish and will help you to take weight naturally and quickly.. nuts are as well very good to put weight... hope it helps.. a balanced diet is the most important, eat in the morning (cereals with yogourth and fresh fruit), at lunch and at night... do sports and your life will be more balanced.

Diet can not appreciably alter the body's temp regulation processes, stop with the B.S. Acidity can be altered with diet .Take an ice bath to quell the B.S. and eat lots of raw vegetables especially celery for your self diagnosed acidity condition.

just eating protein is not enough to add muscle tissue to your body. it needs to be accompanied by excersize. at any rate you dont need to eat more than about 200-300 gr of protein a day, and need to excersize to turn that protein into muscle tissue. you need to do heavy muscle building excersizes.
you also might have a tendency to develop hyperuricemia, you better check that out and if it's true, you'll have to lower your protein intake.
