random acidic feeling pain above or in my stomach, any1 kno wat it is?it comes and goes and i have no idea why, it usually feels like its on top of my stomach but below my chest, and sometimes it feels like its kinda in my stomach. its a sharp pain, sometimes acidic feeling like heart burn or something any1 kno wat it is?

What you're describing sounds like reflux disease, where the contents of the stomach (usually the acidic liquid) re-enter your oesophagus, causing painful burning sensations. Causes are various: acidic foods (tomato based foods often contribute), genetic factors, even caffeine and peppermint can contribute. Basically there are several lifestyle adjustments that can help, but usually doctors also prescribe medication (Histamine Receptor antagonists and more often now, Proton Pump Inhibitors- PPIs). Most people only need a few months medication, but some (like me) may need ongoing medication.
Short term symptom relief can be found with ant-acids like "Quick-Eze" etc, and some people find low-fat milk can help, but these are only temporary. Again- see a doctor! GORD (Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease) can cause more serious problems if left untreated in the long-term.
