is this warming of heart attack?

is this warming of heart attack?hi im 19 years old and im male

so far I did ECG 3 time and blood test and x- ray and holter monitor
and it was all good and clear

but i still have the pain in where between clavicle(collarbone) and nipple hmm i would say breastbone
but it didn't hurt and all of sudden i came back and my jaw start feels funny light pain and my left arm felt sore so i got afraid is that is this sign of heart attack

my point is i did so many heart test and it all came im perfectly healthy ( but i do have acid reflux )
is this warning of heart attack or what
btw it was little funny heart beat yesterday may be it was my anxiety

plz tell me what should i do
