What am I sick with.. weird symptoms?I've been sick for about a week and a half and I'm considering going to a doctor soon

I thought it was very minor. I have been having acid reflux, heart burn, gas pains in random spots, constipation, my back was feeling tingly or numbish for a while. Now my tongue is white.

I may have GERD, but I dont know why that would make my tongue white or give me constipation.

My heart was beating really fast today and I think it was an anxiety attack... i have also been stressed lately and some minor depression but the depression went away. I am usually stressed thinking about what this could be.

oh and today I woke up with horrible breath.

I have also been taking tums for the acid. it seemed to work, but it has calcium(?) in it and that may be causing a symptom...(constipation?)
im also 16 years old.

This actually started 8 days ago... Not a week and a half yet. I was just waiting to see if it would pass.

I haven't pooped in 3 days.. around the time i started taking tums.

could it be an ulcer?

I also get random nausea like when I have an anxiety attack.. mostly from looking up symptoms.. which is normal.

My feel also were sweating but felt cold? lol
And most of the pain goes away when i pass gas, but the tingly in the back just comes and goes.
and there have been no SERIOUS bend over crying while thinking.. am I dying pain.

No blood in my stool, (well.. since three days ago when i saw it last..) no blood when I throw up. and no pain when i eat.

my throat feels small sometimes but i think thats anxiety.

my breaths also dont feel full.
I'm not sure about that, I haven't eaten much lately, I have no appetite. I usually eat one meal a day. And drink lots of water lately.

I don't think I'm eating enough of anything for it to be a food sensitivity. Because even if I don't eat for a whole day it still hasnt left.

You may have developed a food sensitivity. You should investigate your diet to find the possible culprit food.

Keep a 7 day food diary noting everything you eat and the subsequent symptoms you feel. Once you have collected your data, analyze it to see when your symptoms are the worst. Try to correlate that with what you ate earlier that day.

Next try an elimination diet. Eliminate one of the suspected foods from your diet for 2-3 weeks. If your symptoms improve then you've found the culprit. If not, then try the next suspected food.
