Was I going to die during my sleep? This is real scary you guys. For a year now, I've been having like major heartburn, aka GERD, also known as bad indigestion. And when this pain hits, it is on the upper left side of my chest. Very annoying. It happens like almost everyday and stress seems to make it even worst. Last night before going to bed I know I made a big mistake. I drank like two glasses of milk with some sugar-filled cookies. Then moments after I had some seafood. Pretty bad mix, huh? Yes. I know I should not have done that. Anyway, so I was in my sleep and I dreamed that I was locked up inside this basement, where there was like no air. That I was there, running out of air, could not get up. Then when it just got too out of hand, this woman, surprisingly, my supervisor, came and saved me. But man, why would I actually be feeling out of breath during my sleep? Doesn't that mean I'd be running out of breath in real life? You get me, like maybe I really was going into a heart attack or something. I felt scared but for some reason went on with my sleep.
Is the pain I've been experiencing heart-related? I've gotten tests done already and they say it isn't my heart.
Real bad heartburn?
Shock? What is a shock anyway? I know my mom says that word a lot in Spanish. Like "You're gonna go into a shock and die."
