Is this acid reflux or something worse?

Hi,I did the following:

Is this acid reflux or something worse?For 3 or 4 days now I've had this pain in the left side of my chest. I'm 28 yrs old and from what I understand you feel numbness in your arm if it's a heart attack but I've felt none. The pain comes and goes but it usually comes when I'm up and walking or sitting in a seat but when I'm on my back, lying down, it goes away. At times it can hurt a lot more. Is this acid reflux or something worse?

IT can be lots of things but from what i've read; i think it's a simple Muscle reaction to damage.

Visit a doctor, and let a blood sample be taken. do it for your own good. (since i'm not a doctor)
