Is there any correlation between persistent chest pain and burping that doesn't relate to gas or acid reflux?
Doctors have ruled out heart trouble with EKG, sonogram tests etc.

It may have to do with your heart. You should go to the doctor, so that he can check it out. My grandfather had that and shortly after had a heart attack... also, it could be a serious ulcer... but only the doctor can really tell you.
