Acid-reflux?I'm 16 years old. I spent the entire weekend at my friend's lakehouse where the only food available to us was chips, spicy cheese, freezie pops, and just a bunch of crap. I'm not used to eating so much crap, but that's all I had to eat for the past three days, and a LOT of it .
Last night, around 12, I got this awful stabbing pain in the middle of my chest. I didn't sleep at all, I couldn't lie down, I just sat there until finally at 4 in the morning I decided to call my mom to come pick me up. I thought I was having a heart attack, but my arm wasn't hurting too.
Now the pain is on and off, but I can't lie down or it'll hurt. It's 12 in the afternoon now, so it's been over 12 hours. My mom said the pain should've stopped by now, but it hasn't. I've taken a couple tums and one of my dad's nexium pills. When will this stop?! What can I do to make it stop? I just want to go to sleep.
Also, I threw up twice last night at about 2 or 3.
It's not the right, it's right in the center of my chest.

Ask your Mom to take you to a doctor. If it is on the right side of the chest it is caused by trapped wind.
