im no doctor but i have IBS plus anxiety and and ur bowel move ments could be muco colitis ive been to many doc' as well but for your intestinal track it could be a number of thingsfirst what kind of food r u eating because u may need to change diet start by eating less fatty foods, and food that dont have alot of sodium in them. when u have any type of bowel problem foods with alkali metals such as potassium, sodium, and calcium tend to cause irritatioin to the intestinal track. and if you have survier problems with your gi track it can trigger anxiety as well you will need to change diet. get on a med that will reduce the acid in your stomach, not forever just until your stomach can heal or maybe even a mild anti depressiant. at the lowest dosage talk to your doc about it. and do not drink alcohol for one you have diabetes and alcohol will make your whole situation even worse.
